One potential strategy to market your home is to enter your listing into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). There are tons of syndication sites for homes, but once your house is listed with a Realtor and put into the local MLS, it is now available for all Realtors with potential buyers to see. Much of a listing realtor’s work will be quiet and unseen, but don’t be fooled. It is extremely important. All outreach efforts from quiet telephone calls to web postings to follow-ups with open house visitors are integral parts of the home selling process.
